By signing up via text, you agree to receive recurring automated promotional and personalized marketing text messages (e.g. cart reminders) from Hurricane Safe Windows and Doors at the cell number used when signing up. 1. User Opt-In

The Program allows Users to receive SMS/MMS mobile messages by affirmatively opting in through online or application-based enrollment forms. Regardless of the opt-in method you used, you agree that this Agreement applies to your participation in the Program.

2. User Opt-Out

If you do not wish to continue participating in the Program, reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any mobile message from us. You understand that other opt-out methods are not considered valid.

3. Duty to Notify and Indemnify

If you stop using the mobile number associated with the Program, you agree to complete the opt-out process before doing so. Failure to do this may result in liability for costs incurred.

4. Program Description

Users that opt into the Program may receive marketing messages related to the sale of impact windows, residential renovations, commercial renovations, and building management services.

5. Cost and Frequency

Message and data rates may apply. The Program involves recurring messages, and additional messages may be sent periodically based on your interaction with us.

7. Prohibited Content

You agree not to send the following prohibited content over the platform:

• Fraudulent, defamatory, threatening, or harassing activity.
• Objectionable content, including violence, bigotry, and discrimination.
• Pirated software, viruses, or other harmful code.
• Any product, service, or promotion that is unlawful in your jurisdiction.
• Health information protected under HIPAA.
• Any content prohibited by applicable law.

8. Dispute Resolution

Disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Miami, Florida, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). The arbitration process will follow the Federal Arbitration Act (FAA) and will be binding and final.

9. Age Restriction

Users must be at least 13 years old to engage with the platform. If between 13 and 18, parental or legal guardian consent is required.
